Disruption, Learning, and Change: Coaching in the New World

5ᵗʰ GSAEC International coaching conference

Friday November 11 & Saturday November 12

Many of our speakers had additional resources they wanted to share with you beyond what they were able to cover in their presentations; you can find them at the "Resource Room" link above!

What is the GSAEC Conference?

Join thought leaders and fellow coaching professionals in charting new and innovative paths for the coaching profession at GSAEC's 5ᵗʰ International Coaching Conference! The GSAEC Conference is a two-day virtual summit for academics, researchers, coaching educators, coaches, executives, and members of the talent development community across sectors to:

  • Gather together as a coaching community to continue to elevate our knowledge and our practice
  • Support research, academic discourse, and practical application
  • Inspire and ignite new possibilities for coaching through disruption and change

THIS YEAR'S THEME

The theme for 2022 - Disruption, Learning and Change: Coaching in the New World - recognizes that we are in a time of great change and challenge. Disruptions globally as well as locally and personally have shaken our individual and collective existence. These elements undoubtedly affect- and should affect- the way we practice as coaches and coach educators.

This conference is an opportunity to discuss new ideas on how to adapt and thrive in this time of great change, using the “anchors” of good theory and practice, while also finding ways to use the winds of disruption to innovate and elevate as professionals to best support our clients. Every session is shared by an academic and a practitioner to support rich discourse with both important voices represented. Additionally, the speakers and leaders are sourced from across the world to ensure learning is through a dimensional global lens.

The Conference has been approved for 9.25 total CCE credits from the International Coaching Federation (ICF): 6.75 in Core Competencies, 2.5 in Resource Development!
