About the presenter
Natalie Cunningham. BA(Social Work) Hons. MBA. PhD. Natalie has run her own consultancy- Origo Consultants in South Africa for 28 years, specialising in Leadership Development, Organisational Development and Personal and Team Development. In January 2008, she was appointed as the Director of The Leadership Development Centre at Wits Business School, University of Witwatersrand,Johannesburg. She maintained her consultancy business while simultaneously heading up The Leadership Development Centre. In this role, she designed Leadership Programmes for corporate clients. She also developed and launched the Masters in Management in Business and Executive Coaching. Natalie edited “ Rethink: Learning and Growth through Coaching and Organisational Development” in 2014. Natalie wrote a further two chapters in a book – Accelerated Learning by Debbie Craig and Kerryn Kohl – Both books were published in 2014. She headed up the portfolio committee for Credentialing for COMENSA(Coaching professional body in South Africa).In April 2016. Natalie was nominated as a finalist in the CEO‘s Most Influential Woman in South Africa Education and Training sector . Natalie has over 5000 coaching hours and has worked internationally in South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Doha, Bahrain, India, Russia, Thailand, Turkey ,China and Namibia.
