The trans-disciplinary field of coaching is growing rapidly and becoming better integrated with existing approaches to developing human capital and helping individuals, groups, and organizations maximize performance. Committed to improving coach education of new and experienced executive and organizational coaches, GSAEC is organizing its Second International Conference on Graduate Coaching Education.
Designed for coach educators and researchers, the conference promotes sharing of leading coaching education theories and practices, academic program content and design, instructional goals and methodologies, assessment measures, admission and graduation criteria, and other topics related to developing executive and organizational coaches.
The conference features:
- Case studies– they will be presented and discussed during our joint day “Embracing Challenges Together”, co-organized with ACTO, on Saturday June 10
- Papers, panels, poster sessions, professional development workshops– Addressing the “The Futures of Coaching Education”, they will take place on Sunday June 11
